High Pressure PP Membrane Filter Plate

Filter plate is the core part of the filter press. The structure and quality all affects efficiency of filter press so that our company think highly of filter plate's design and manufacture. Our company has expert of filter press plate design and experienced technician to develop, design and manufacture high quality PP filter plate and membrane plate. The material of recessed filter plate is new type PP and has such characters as low weight,corrosion resist, good air tightness and good mechanical behaviour.
Membrane plate adopts imported TPE elastomer and high intensity PP, which has long life time and can endure high pressure. The maximum squeezing pressure can be 1.6 MPa.
To manufacture high quality filter plate our company adopts first class material. Our company has complete test and inspecting equipments. Filter plate suppressing machines are high precision four post hydraulic press and 5000 ton large-scale hydraulic machine (for 2000x2000 large filter plate) with real high temperature pressing technique which is supported by 2 middle pressure filter steam suppliers.
Type: 520, 720, 800, 900, 1000, 1250, 1500, 1600, 1500x2000, 2000. etc
Membrane pressure: 16 bar(testing before delivery membrane pressure 20 bar)
Our company have strict experiment & approvement system, there are 3 process of inspection.

Preliminary inspection: in the laboratory

Intermediate inspection: test the finished products

Final inspection: at customer's place, inspect the actual products which send to customer
